This nomination should take about 5 minutes to complete.

You’ll be asked to:

• Describe the challenge or goal
• Explain how you used Synergy
• Share the impact (we welcome estimates of time saved, outcomes improved, etc.)

Tell your story the way you’d tell a colleague —clear, simple, and to the point.

This is your chance to toot your own horn a bit. We want to hear what made a difference.

You can submit more than one nomination.

Submit your nominations no later than June 19, 2026. Finalists will be contacted 4-8 weeks after nominations close.
