Attendees will take part in a complete walkthrough of the Walk-In Schedule screen. During the training we will demonstrate how to scedule individual students, run the schedule engine based on all of their course requests, and then analyze the results.

This training equips school administrators, counselors, and scheduling staff with the knowledge and tools needed to create and implement an effective master schedule. The session covers key components of mass scheduling, including data preparation, course requests, section building, conflict resolution, and schedule optimization.

PREREQUISITE: The New Year Rollover needs to be complete and course requests entered for 2026-2027.

FOR: Users who are newer to scheduling and would like hands-on experience navigating mass scheduling

We'll cover workflows for Tier 1-3 supports, documenting interventions, updating student goals, and ensuring data flows cleanly into dashboards and reports. By the end, you'll be equipped to streamline plans that genuinely move the needle for students.
