Edupoint Users Conference Attendees Enjoy “New Ideas” and “Knowledgeable Presenters”

Edupoint® Educational Systems, creator of the industry-leading Synergy® Education Platform for K-12 student information and learning management, held its annual National Edupoint Users Conference November 3rd and 4th at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California, with more than 700 attendees from school districts across the country. The Users Conference provides an opportunity for Synergy Education Platform users to discover the latest product features, get in-depth information on specific Synergy modules, receive one-on-one instruction from Edupoint subject matter experts in the Open Forum, and network with users from other districts.

The Users Conference featured over 80 breakout sessions across 12 tracks defined by user role and level of experience with Synergy. Six optional half-day pre-conference sessions were available to those wanting extensive, hand-on instruction.

Evaluation survey responses indicate that the conference was informative and enjoyable for both new and veteran attendees. Respondents mentioned the value of “fun, interactive sessions,” “detailed real-life examples” with “hands on application,” and “the open discussion format.” They also cited “hearing how other districts are doing things,” “knowledgeable presenters,” “new ideas,” and “the receptivity of Edupoint staff to product feedback during sessions” as conference highlights.

“It was wonderful to have so many Synergy users together sharing their knowledge and learning from one another,” said Bob Weathers, Founder & CEO of Edupoint. “This is one of my favorite activities all year because I have the opportunity to interact with so many partner districts at the same time. We have an amazing community of Synergy users, and the passion they bring to our National Users Conference is a huge part of what makes it exceptional.”
