SE - Query / Reports

This session will review the basic characteristics of Special Education Query. Session topics will include selecting data on screen, opening the data in Synergy Query, simple conditions, outputs, and turning a query into a report. OLR - OLR Conditions

OLR Conditions are among the most useful and versatile features in Synergy. In this session, attendees will step through creating page and module visibility conditions, group box conditions/conditional questions, data validation conditions, and setup conditions (Auto-Accept, Submit Options, etc.). This hands-on event will be conducted using the latest functionality, including the Clone feature, RegEx property type conditions, and Parent Condition types. Attending districts must have hands-on access to a Test or Train site.

IA - MTSS Plans

In this Synergy Skills Session, we will revisit the basics of how to create an MTSS Plan as well as how to monitor a student’s progress towards their targeted growth goals. Then using the MTSS Dashboard, we will dive into and configure the data of all MTSS Plans, both open and closed. Lastly, we will identify the value of the MTSS Plan Continuation screen when it comes time to continue a specific student’s plan from one year (or from one school) to another. Attending districts must have hands-on access to MTSS screens.

Online Registration is extremely customizable. You can create fields and pages from within your setup. During this session we will review the different types of fields that can be used and how you can add new views into your setup. Lottery - Creating Custom Conditions for Flags, Filters, Weights and Limits

Lottery conditions are the cornerstone of the setup. You can create conditions in a variety of ways from a query conditions, to a property condition, or even a special condition. We have also added the ability to reference a condition within another condition. During this session we will create a variety of conditions to help build skills and learn new ways to evaluate data points. Attending districts must have hands-on access to a Test or Train site.
